I have seen you in the sanctuary
and beheld your power and your glory.
Because your love is better than life,
my lips will glorify you.
I will praise you as long as I live,
and in your name I will lift up my hands.
Psalm 63:2-4
Summary
Welcome back to day four of the Acclimate journey. We're on our way to Passion 2025, and today we're talking about the word “glory.”
Scripture is clear when it says that our life is like a vapor (James 4:14). It's here today and gone tomorrow. But God's glory and beauty endure, and we were made to live for Him.
Psalm 63:2 says, “I have seen you in the sanctuary and beheld your power and your glory.”
So, that's our prayer as we move toward Passion 2025. As we pursue and seek Jesus, let’s pray that He will open our eyes to see Him in all of His glory because when we do, everything about our lives will change.
Prayer:
Jesus, I pray for a spirit of wisdom and revelation. Open my eyes to see You. Open my ears to hear You. We want to gaze at You, look at You, and behold You in all Your beauty and glory. I pray that when we enter State Farm Arena, there will be a revelation—that a generation will see You, run toward You, worship You, and live for You.
You're worthy of it. We love You, Jesus. Amen.
