We have been forgiven all our sins. Once and for all. So, why do we keep asking for forgiveness? Today, we will learn how we can truly express the reality of where we are. This remix is a huge shift!

Summary

“Please Forgive Me”

Some people are stuck in this cycle. Colossians 2:13-14 states that God has forgiven all of our sins. Past, present, future. All. What we are really trying to say is it's good to confess our sins. It clears the air in the relationship. We want to admit our sins and say we're sorry for doing something foolish even though we are forgiven, Children of God.

Shift out of the routine and express the reality of where you are. It doesn't honor God to keep asking for forgiveness. Thank God that you're forgiven.

Remix: Father, I confess my sin to You. I own it. Thank you for the forgiveness I have in Jesus. I receive it, and I choose to turn to you and follow your ways.

Pray the real truth that uses real words that foster a real connection in a real relationship with God, not prayers prayed in rote that do nothing to invigorate the Spirit within us

What's Next?

This is a massive remix today. We do not have to keep asking for forgiveness; we are already forgiven. We do need to confess our sin, our reality of what we have chosen to do, and we do need to own it. But after we confess, we thank God for what He has done, and we turn to walk in His ways.

Write down the following 4 points to shift and remix your prayers to go deeper and ignite your faith.

1) Real truth

2) Real words

3) Real connection

4) Real relationship
