All Consuming Fire

Louie Giglio kicks off a collection of talks in the book of Revelation, All Consuming Fire. As we study Revelation 1, we see the main takeaway of this book written by John the Apostle: Jesus Christ is victorious and is surely coming.

Continuing in week two of All Consuming Fire, Louie Giglio focuses on three truths: Jesus is in the midst of the Church, reigning Jesus looks different, and because of Him, we can live without fear of the future.

Louie Giglio focuses on Revelation chapters two and three, which contain the letters of Jesus to the seven churches. Found within these messages from the risen and reigning Christ are lessons for everyone who calls themselves Christian today.

This week, Louie wrapped up Revelation 2-3 by diving into the final five letters that Christ wrote to the Church, unpacking specific themes that help us understand how Christ is challenging the Church and what gets consumed when we return, discern, and endure.

Louie Giglio continues another week of All Consuming Fire, a collection diving deeper into the book of Revelation. In this talk, he focuses on the throne, the Trinity, perpetual worship, and the throne as our anchor through the study of Revelation 4.

Louie Giglio walks through Revelation 12-13, calling us to patient endurance, faithfulness, and wisdom in the last days. A moment will come when we must decide whether to truly lay down our lives for Jesus or live according to our flesh. What will you decide?

Through Revelation 14, Louie Giglio helps us see Jesus is the lamb at the center of Heaven and His grace is the fulcrum. We don’t get to decide how our eternity plays out but His plan and heart for us is to be with Him forever.

This Sunday, we were back in Revelation 15 and 16 as we unpacked the wrath of God, which is God’s holiness moving towards evil. Following Jesus is about turning away from everything but Him, and this is the invitation He is giving us today. The question is, what finished work of Jesus are we living under today?

Louie Giglio dives into Revelation 17 and 18, unpacking what the Great City of Babylon looks like. As we recognize the undercurrent of injustice and destruction in our cities, we are meant to reorient ourselves to our primary purpose in this life: to walk in a relationship with our Creator as we did in the Garden of Eden.
